As we have previously communicated, SEEHOA is in the process of revisiting our communication platform and methods. Part of our strategy is to assess our current database, and ensure all data is as accurate as possible, before moving forward.

To this end, we have initiated a database clean up: from Monday, 2nd March, two individuals will be based at the HOA in this regard. They will be tasked with contacting each resident via telephone, and verifying existing data including:

• Full name
• ID number
• E-mail address
• Contact number
• Physical address

Should any data require updating, this will be done at this point.

Residents will also be given the opportunity to be placed into Communication Interest Groups, which will later allow SEEHOA to communicate along the specific needs of residents.

We look forward to your patience and co-operation as we proceed. This process will only strengthen and improve our communication.
