Simbithi Eco Estate Home Owners Association has the following vacancy: 

FRONT DESK ADMINISTRATOR

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Greets residents and/or visitors, determines nature and purpose of visit, and directs them to a specific department while maintaining security procedures 
  • Responsible for all access registrations for residents and domestic workers 
  • Responsible for processing of rental agreements to ensure all protocols complied with 
  • Responsible for processing of short-term rental applications to ensure all protocols complied with 
  • GloPortal updates, entries and data maintenance 
  • Enrolment of members on ClubMaster 
  • Issuing payment receipts and daily cash-ups 
  • Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures and rules 
  • Ordering of stock / stationery 
  • General administration in relation to pet and golf cart registrations, community centre bookings 
  • Contributes by assisting the team with general admin where required 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Matric 
  • 5 years in a customer service position 
  • Proficiency in MS Office 
  • Related qualification in client services, management being advantageous 

Other Skills:- 

  • Customer service & friendly disposition 
  • Strong administration skills 
  • Ability to adapt to new Customer Relationship Management programmes within a short timeframe
