Simbithi Eco-Estate (Simbithi), a leading gated estate on the North Coast of KZN which is home to approximately 6500 residents, comprises a commercial business zone, Country Club, restaurants, and a golf course and has the following new position:


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily Verification of welcome centre cash up.
  • Receipting of credit card, cash receipts, and membership allocation to respective accounts.
  • Estate Access control – Linking proof of payments to user access
  • Petty Cash control and reconciliation
  • Updating of Cashbook in relation to the petty cash, current, and call account.
  • Importing and processing Customer Journals in relation to Country Club sales
  • Processing of Debtors’ refunds
  • Insurance claims and follow-ups.
  • Internal audit process for all departments within SEEHOA and Country Club
  • Any other ad-hoc responsibilities that may arise in the finance department.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting
  • MS Office, Excel Intermediate, and Proficient in Pastel Partner.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience, with at least two years within internal/external audits
