Simbithi Eco Estate Homeowners’ Association (SEEHOA) has a wonderful opportunity for a customer-centric Welcome Centre Supervisor.

The successful candidate will be required to take accountability for the daily supervision of the Welcome Centre personnel, thereby ensuring a consistent and superior customer service experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Management of the Welcome Centre personnel in relation to customer service, biometric access, community centre bookings, general customer queries and frontline support.
  • Ensuring the reception area is clean and well-maintained, and calls are answered and transferred promptly,
  • Capturing of all property sales and transferring of owner details onto the requisite system,
  • Administration of leases, sales and rentals for tenants in line with SEEHOA’s standard operating procedures,
  • Administration of all sales and transfers in line with SEEHOA’s standard operating procedures,
  • Assisting property practitioners with queries and requests,
  • Refreshing and maintaining sales packs,
  • Assisting with property practitioner annual sales and rental examination, and subsequent support from SEEHOA, and
  • Compilation and submission of monthly, and ad-hoc reports.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Five years’ experience in a similar environment
  • Computer literate in MS Office and OneSpace
  • Estate Agent’s qualification or related

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution.
