What better way to end 2021, than by gathering for a good, old-fashioned sing-a-long and then settling down to a heartwarming Christmas movie?
We were delighted to host “A Simbithi Christmas”: our first annual carols evening in two years, and an outdoor movie as an extra treat.
Families spread out their picnic blankets and deck chairs on the Guinea Fowl sports field as the lovely Natalie Rungan and her band, Bruce Baker and Mark Royappen, led us in a selection of Christmas carols…with a few fun numbers in between.
As the night fell and the stars began to twinkle, we enjoyed a screening of The Polar Express.
Thank you to everyone who joined us. We look forward to bringing more of our community events back in 2022.
