Simbithi Eco-Estate is zoned for approximately 1600 residential opportunities, 770 of which are freehold sites. The balance comprises 14 sectional title developments: Ilala, Lalapanzi, Emoyeni, Ilanga, Sabuti, Tamboti, Savanna, Ezulweni, Ethafeni, Fish Eagle Ridge, Msintsi, Amphitheatre, West End and Jacana.
While sales and rentals are handled externally, we strongly advise that guests verify short term bookings through our HOA before confirming, to avoid online booking scams. As of 1 March, 2020, a uniform short-term let fee is applicable for all short-term lets processed through SEEHOA: an orientation fee of R400, per short-term let, and an access fee of R140 per person.
