As is stated in the Simbithi Eco-Estate Homeowner’s Handbook, it is compulsory for every golf cart on the Estate to be registered and adequately insured for public liability. SEEHOA has established a policy in this regard through its broker, which is obligatory for all residents. This must be renewed annually, and such time has come.

Through the HOA Group Policy, Bay Union Insurance Brokers offers various options to residents for golf cart insurance.

To review these options and renew your insurance, kindly contact Bay Union directly, using the following details:

Contact Person    :  Alison Faulds
Contact Number  : 087 997 0200
Email Address      : alison@jacana.africa

Once you have completed the necessary application with Bay Union, kindly forward proof of payment to Bay Union. The HOA will receive confirmation of payment, and residents will then be able to register golf carts with SEEHOA by completing the applicable registration form. You will then be issued with a sticker for your golf cart. An amount of R120 will be payable at the Welcome Centre via cash, debit card or levy account for the forthcoming period.

Kindly note the above process also applies to visitors intending to bring golf carts onto the Estate. Please advise your guests accordingly. Similarly, if you have sold your golf cart since the last renewal, please advise us via e-mail so we may re-issue your sticker.

For more information, or for clarity on the above, kindly contact the Welcome Centre on 032-946 8360 or e-mail welcomecentre@simbithi.com.
