We recently hosted our second instalment of the Simbithi Wellness initiative, in partnership with Pam Golding Properties Ballito. In the newly refreshed Simbithi Gallery, residents gathered for an insightful talk from Dr Claudine Lee, a General Practitioner and Diabetologist, and Fran Steart, a dietician with a special interest in diabetes and insulin resistance. The duo forms Power Over Diabetes, a movement dedicated to educating on, and early detection of, diabetes.
