We are incredibly proud of our Dragonfly Warriors, a team of staff members who took up the Virgin Active Warrior Race’s charge to #BeBrave.
Etienne Begemann, Shantal Chithiya, Prisha Dhoopraj, Ayanda Duma, Rowina Kanniappen, Jaide Manthidi, Ranee Naidoo and Rashik Ramouthar competed in the Rookie and Black-Ops categories, conquering between four and 15 kilometres and a series of obstacles.
South Africa’s largest obstacle course racing series was no match for our warriors, who – although exhausted and muddied by the end – flew the Simbithi flag high.
Well done, #TeamSimbithi. You have made us proud and embodied the essence of Warrior: Wise. Adventurous. Resolute. Rise(r). Indomitable. Overcome(r). Resilient.
