Recently, we hosted the Association of Residential Communities’ (ARC) KwaZulu-Natal chapter meeting at the Pavilion Room. ARC was established in 2008 and is the only recognised national body that proactively supports the volunteers and members of homeowners’ associations and bodies corporate and their management teams in establishing, maintaining and enhancing their property values and lifestyle of their residents.
Simbithi Eco-Estate is a founding member of ARC and is actively involved in engaging at a provincial and national level, sharing and absorbing knowledge.
