Let’s get spooky! Excitement is mounting, and judging by the numerous requests, we’re all ready for Halloween 2019! As always, we have some fun planned for you, at our annual Halloween party.
Here is how this year’s adventure will unfold:
Date: Saturday, 26th October, 2019
3pm – 5.30pm – Trick or Treat
5.30pm for 6pm – Party at the Kingfisher Community Centre
7pm – Spooky Night Walk
If you would like to register your children for the Halloween Activities, please email Jodi Chetty on marketing@simbithi.comwith the following information:

Which activity you are registering for i.e. Trick or Treat, Party at the Kingfisher, Spooky Night Walk; or all.
Please note, registration is necessary for security, catering and organisational purposes. In order for us to plan an efficient event, please note registration will close on Thursday, 24th of October, 2019 at 4.30pm.
Trick or Treat
We would like to appeal to all families trick or treating to ensure there is someone at your home who will hand out treats to the trick-or-treaters. Residents who would like to designate their home/s as Trick or Treat Spots, please register. E-mail Jodi Chetty on marketing@simbithi.com with the following information:

All Trick-or-Treaters will be e-mailed a digital copy of a map, on which all Trick-or-Treat spots will be tagged, on Friday, 25th October, 2019. Residents, please also indicate your participation by affixing a balloon to the green road sign outside your home. This will assist Trick-or-Treaters, and their parents.
It’s Party Time!
From 5.30pm, we will gather at the Guinea Fowl Sports Field for some fun. Yummy food will be on sale, and prizes for the Best Dressed Trick-or-Treater, Best Dressed Family and Best Decorated Golf Cart will be handed out.
At 7pm, there will be a short, Spooky Night Walk, for those brave enough! This is sure to be tons of fun, so we hope to see you there! If you will be going on the Night Walk, please indicate this when you register for Trick-or-Treat.
Please take note of the following rules:
Trick-or-Treating is restricted to residents only.
All Trick-or-Treaters must be accompanied by an adult.
Trick-or-Treating takes place between 3pm and 5.30pm only. Please ensure that you respect private property and only approach homes that are tagged, or which have a balloon affixed to their sign.
On the evening of the party, limited parking will be available for decorated golf carts only.
