The latest edition of the Executive Menu is curated by Senior Sous Chef Godfrey Kinyanjui, a familiar face for those who frequent our Country Club. Chef G, as he is affectionately known, has crafted a menu that provides a fine dining experience without being overly pretentious: a gastronomic journey where the destination is…quite simply, wherever you allow your tastebuds to take you.

The Prawn Bisque starter is already a firm favourite, with one patron stating she could “drink it by the bucketload”. The Filet Mignon main is particularly exceptional, and who could possibly resist Berry Macaroons for dessert? 

The Executive Menu changes seasonally and is available at the Fig Tree on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Booking is essential: 032-946 5403.
