Maybe, it is the location: tucked away in a pocket of Simbithi, shrouded by greenery. Or, perhaps it is the illusion of an almost mystical quality, with a stream gently gurgling under a quaint bridge. Or…it might be the wide expanse of lawn spilling onto the glassy dam that prompts calm and serenity.
Whatever the reason, the Fish Eagle Community Centre holds a special place in most residents’ hearts, and it was terribly missed while closed for renovations during November.
Members of the Board and Management, and our Technical and Environmental team gathered at the Fish Eagle on Thursday, 10 December 2020 to officially re-open the Centre. Director, Tracy Levinson cut the ceremonial ribbon with General Manager, Malcolm Samuel.
The improvements include new flooring, refurbishment of the deck and doors, and new landscaping around the Centre.
We hope you enjoy the new, and improved, Fish Eagle!
