As announced during our Residents’ Webinar last week (click here to watch it, if you missed it), the SEEHOA AGM has been provisionally set for Thursday, 5 August 2021. Formal notice to homeowners will follow and several virtual sessions have been planned to engage on agenda items.
One of the agenda items will be the voting in of nominated members for positions on the Board. We would like to invite all interested parties to nominate themselves and/or a suitably skilled, willing and able candidate. Nominees will be invited to address the community at a forthcoming webinar.
Currently each Director is responsible for a specific portfolio and sits on the applicable Committee. The current portfolios are allocated as follows:
Finance and IT Committee: Mr. Andrew Mackenzie
Security Committee: Mr. Clive McCreadie (Vice Chair)
Legal and Appeals Committee: Ms. Sharmain Norton
Design Review Committee: Mr. Pieter Boorsma
Maintenance Committee: Mr. Gavin Dunlop
HR and CSI Committee: Mr. Jeff Leaver (Chairman)
Marketing and Communications Committee: Mr. Justin Clarke
Environmental Committee: Mr. Derrick Lilienfeld
Country Club: Ms. Tracy Levinson
